Respecteer je tegenstanders, de coaches, de officials en de scheidsrechters. Help ons om het prachtige sportcomplex van Wijhe’92 schoon en groen te houden. Gooi afval in de daarvoor bestemde prullenbakken. Op de speelvelden is het verboden om te eten, te drinken en te roken.
De wedstrijden worden gespeeld volgens de regels van de "International Football Association Board" van de FIFA en het reglement van de K.N.V.B. De bovengenoemde toernooiorganisator heeft de benodigde toestemming tot het houden van het toernooi verkregen van de K.N.V.B. De toernooi organisator stelt een Toernooicommissie samen die verantwoordelijk is voor de gehele toernooi-uitvoering.
De wedstrijden worden geleid door scheidsrechters aangesloten bij de K.N.V.B. Indien nodig zal de organisatie grensrechters beschikbaar stellen. Deelnemende teams dienen zelf een grensrechter beschikbaar te stellen.
Afwijkende regels
Teams die de goedkeuring van hun nationale voetbalbond hebben gekregen zijn gerechtigd aan dit toernooi deel te nemen.
Ieder team moet worden begeleid door een teamleider ouder dan 18 jaar. Zijn naam, adres en geboortedatum dienen op de spelerslijst te worden vermeld. De teamleider is verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag van de spelers, zowel op het sportcomplex als in andere accommodaties, die voor de deelnemers beschikbaar zijn gesteld.
Controle: De teamleider moet voor aanvang van het toernooi de spelerslijst waarop per speler naam, geboortedatum en rugnummer zijn vermeld, op het toernooi secretariaat overhandigen. Alle spelers dienen in het bezit te zijn van een officieel legitimatiebewijs dat op elk moment getoond moet kunnen worden. Dezelfde speler mag tijdens het gehele toernooi in slechts één team uitkomen. Dispensatie kan enkel en alleen voorafgaand aan het toernooi worden verleend door de toernooicommissie. Er mogen nooit meer dan 1 dispensatiespeler per team tegelijkertijd deelnemen aan een wedstrijd.

De ranglijst wordt bepaald door het aantal punten. De punten worden als volgt gegeven: winst 3 punten, gelijkspel 1 punt en verlies 0 punten. Indien meerdere teams een gelijk aantal punten hebben behaald, wordt de rangschikking als volgt bepaald:
Bij gelijkspel worden strafschoppen genomen volgens de regels van de Internationale Football Association Board van de FIFA. Het is niet toegestaan spelers te wisselen ná het eindsignaal. De keeper mag alleen vervangen worden in geval van een blessure.
Indien vóór aanvang van een wedstrijd naar het oordeel van de scheidsrechter de clubkleuren van beide teams te weinig verschillen, is de eerstgenoemde vereniging verplicht te spelen in een tenue van afwijkende kleur. Hiervoor zullen hesjes ter beschikking worden gesteld door de organisatie.
Een speler die een officiële waarschuwing krijgt (gele kaart) krijgt een 5 minuten tijdstraf. Indien een speler uit het veld wordt gestuurd (rode kaart) of een tweede officiële waarschuwing in één wedstrijd (2e gele kaart) heeft gekregen, zal de scheidsrechter de toernooicommissie direct na de wedstrijd hierover informeren.
Een speler die uit het veld is gestuurd of 2 officiële waarschuwingen in één wedstrijd (2 gele kaarten) heeft gekregen, wordt voor de volgende wedstrijd uitgesloten. Een speler die een tweede rode kaart krijgt, wordt uitgesloten van deelname aan de rest van het toernooi. Alle rapporten over wangedrag zullen door de toernooiorganisator naar de nationale voetbalbond worden gestuurd, die deze rapporten zal doorsturen naar de betreffende andere nationale bonden.
Alle resultaten van een team worden ongeldig verklaard, indien
Indien een team zonder geldige reden meer dan 2 minuten te laat komt, verliest het de wedstrijd automatisch met 3-0.
Protesten met betrekking tot beslissingen van de scheidsrechters zijn niet mogelijk. Protesten met betrekking tot andere aangelegenheden moeten uiterlijk 15 min. na afloop van de wedstrijd door de teamleider bij de Toernooicommissie schriftelijk worden ingediend. De Toernooicommissie beslist tevens over aangelegenheden waarin dit reglement niet voorziet. Het besluit van de Toernooicommissie is bindend.
De Toernooicommissie heeft het recht om in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden, het wedstrijdprogramma te wijzigen.
De deelnemende clubs zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor een adequate verzekering van de spelers. De organisatoren en Euro-Sportring zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel en verlies of diefstal van eigendommen van de deelnemers.
Het is voor de deelnemers aan de Coster IJssel Trophy ten strengste verboden tijdens het toernooi alcohol te nuttigen. Gebeurt dit wel, dan kan de toernooiorganisatie het team van de desbetreffende speler uitsluiten van deelname.

All matches shall be played in accordance with the laws of the game as laid down by the International Football Association Board, as issued by F.I.F.A and in accordance with the rules of the K.N.V.B. The organizing club, above, has received the necessary permission to host the tournament from the K.N.V.B. The organizing club shall form an organizing committee (tournament committee) which shall be responsible for all arrangements in connection with the competition.
All matches will be controlled by referees affiliated to the K.N.V.B. Participating teams must make their own linesman available.
Deviating rules
Teams sanctioned by their national football association are entitled to participate in this tournament.
Every team must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age). The name, address and date of birth of this adult must be printed clearly on his team’s registration sheet. This adult will be deemed to be the team leader and he will be responsible for the behavior of his players, on and off the field of play. He will be held responsible for the actions of his team within the sports complex and within all other facilities available to the group.
Age Control
Prior to commencement of the tournament the team leader must submit, to the tournament committee, a registration sheet which contains the full name, date of birth and shirt number of every player in his team. All players must provide proof of their age and identity. They may be asked to show this proof at any time. The same player may participate in only one team during the whole tournament.

The final positions of teams in the preliminary rounds will be determined by the number of points attained. The points system applied will be: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss. Where teams are level on points in their group the following will apply:
In the event of a draw, penalty kicks will be taken in accordance with the system laid down by the International Football Association Board in order to determine the winners. It is not allowed to change players after the final whistle. The goalkeeper may only be replaced in case of injury.
If, according to the referee, before the start of the match, the colors are too similar then the team mentioned first in the programme must change. Vests are made available by the organization.
Note: All misconduct reports arising from the tournament will be forwarded to the National Association of the host club who will forward these reports to the National Associations concerned.
All results of a team will be rendered invalid in the following cases:
In the intermediate- and final rounds (if there is no question of group matches) the team concerned loses in the cases mentioned automatically its match with the result 0-3.
The referees’ decision in all matters concerning points of play shall be final and binding, therefore protests in this area are not accepted. All other protests should be made only by the responsible team leader to the tournament committee no later than 15 minutes after the match. The tournament committee's decision on all protests is final and binding. The tournament committee also decides in cases not foreseen in these tournament rules.
The tournament committee has the right to alter the competition schedule should unforeseen circumstances occur.
It is strictly forbidden for participants of the Coster Ijssel Trophy to consume alcohol during the tournament. If this does happen, the tournament organization can exclude the team of the relevant player from participation.
It is the responsibility of each team to make sure that adequate insurance cover is provided for their players. The tournament organizers and Euro-Sportring are not responsible for damage to, and loss or theft of possessions or equipment of participants or clubs. They are also not responsible for personal harm or injury to participants.
